Automate a simple e-commerce business DEMO

 

Hi everyone,

I run a straightforward e-commerce business, and here’s my current workflow:

1. I purchase products from manufacturers.

2. My telecalling team actively calls customers to generate sales.

3. Once a customer agrees to buy, I send them a QR code for UPI-based payments.

4. After payment, I ask them to fill out a Google Form (to store customer details in Google Sheets).

5. Once the product is delivered, the customer calls me, and I assign a technical assistant to help them with installation and provide a demo.

I want to automate this process as much as possible and am looking for suggestions to handle tasks like:

1. CRM for telecalling

2. Shipping management

3. Automated WhatsApp messages (e.g., Order Confirmed, Dispatched, Delivered, Installed)

4. Data management and customer record keeping

This is a very straightforward business model, so I’m sure others have optimized similar workflows before. I’d love to hear about tools, software, or systems you’ve used that work well for these kinds of tasks.

I’m not looking for massive changes—just small improvements to make the process smoother.
